Brain Boosting Green Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • ⅓ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 cups liquid (almond milk or water)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

 Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
