- 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
- ⅓ avocado
- ½ banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 cups liquid (almond milk or water)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
