ORANGE GINGER SPARKLING MOCKTAIL
Try this refreshing and zingy sugar free mocktail for something summery and sophisticated... yet alcohol-free. This drink is also a great tonic for the dreaded summer cold, or when you're recovering from a big night out!

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 thumb size knob of fresh ginger
- 1 cup water
- 2 Ener-C Sugar Free Orange Packets
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Stevia to taste (if extra sweetness desired)
- 6 ice cubes
- Optional: Fresh orange slices to serve
Directions:
- Add the fresh ginger and 1 cup of water to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture through a fine strainer into a bowl and transfer the ginger juice back to the blender.
- In the same blender, add the Ener-C packets, sparkling water and stevia (if desired). Let fizz, and stir until combined.
- Fill your serving glasses with ice cubes and divide the juice between them.
- Garnish with fresh orange slices and serve.
