Warm Golden Milk Turmeric Smoothie

Need to add a little yin to your yang? As much as we love to hear that Ener-C is your go-to for delicious and refreshing hydration and immunity, when the weather gets a little colder we sometimes crave a warming, soothing and sustaining drink like Lindsay Mustard's restorative and delicious warm, turmeric smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (I use Vega’s Protein & Greens)
  • 1 tbsp almond, peanut or coconut butter
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Pinch of sea salt 
  • Pinch of black pepper 
  • 1 cup hot water 
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk

 Directions: 

  1. Add ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smoothie.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
